COSTUME DESIGNER
Current resume, portfolio and if possible demo reel.
3 credits as a Costume Designer on either feature films,
M.O.Ws, docu-dramas or series within the last 5 years.
4 professional references (name and numbers); from
either costume designers, producers, directors,
production designers or production managers.
ASSISTANT COSTUME DESIGNER
Current Resume
3 credits as an Assistant Costume Designer on either
feature films, M.O.Ws, docu-dramas or series within
the last 5 years.
4 professional references; At least 1 from a costume
designer and 3 from either costume designers,
producers, directors, production designers or
production managers.
STYLIST
Current Resume, portfolio and if possible, demo reel
8 credits as a Stylist on commercials, music videos,
or print with the last 5 years.
4 professional references from producers, directors,
photographers or art directors.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBER
Current Resume
3 credits on either feature films, M.O.Ws, docu-dramas
or series within the last 5 years.
4 professional references; At least 1 from a costume
designer and 3 from either costume designers,
producers, directors, production designers or
production managers.
* Credits should be within the recommended time frame, however
allowances will be made for professional leaves such as school,
maternity, or time spent pursuing projects within related fields.
