CAFTCAD Wardrobe SALE Vendor Application

COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE PARTICIPATION IN THE SALE, PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL VENDORS WHO ARE DIRECTLY LINKED WITH COSTUME FOR FILM AND TELEVISION.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE OPEN FROM OCTOBER 16, 2025 TO NOVEMBER 3, 2025.
WHAT:
CAFTCAD will be hosting its Wardrobe Sale on Saturday, November 8, 2025. The sale is open to all CAFTCAD members and non-members who work or are affiliated with the film and television industry and wish to sell products they make or have. Vintage and specialty clothing/accessories sellers are also welcome to apply.

Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 10am to 5pm.
WHERE:
122 Brock Avenue, Toronto
DETAILS:
Booth sizes are 10' x 10.’ Vendors are welcome to request an additional booth (2 max) to facilitate their needs, however we cannot guarantee multiple booths.
Spaces are limited, so completing this application DOES NOT guarantee a booth. Priority will be given to those vendors who are directly linked to the film/television industry.
There will be 3 hours for vendors to load in and set up, the morning of the Sale. The Sale is 7 hours from 10am-5pm. 1.5 hours allotted for loading out.
Vendor parking is available in the courtyard. First come first served. Additional street parking on Brock Ave.

BOOTH PRICES:
$150+HST: CAFTCAD Members
$175+HST: Non-Members
This is an indoor/outdoor event. Booth selection is first come first served. All outdoor booths will include a 10x10 tent with walls.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL/SERVICE PRICES:
Folding Chair - $7.00 + HST
6 foot Fold out table - $17.00 + HST
Rack - $13.00 + HST
Mirror - $22.00 + HST
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able be able to provide any power sources to vendors.
Equipment requests received after November 3 cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will be provided if payment is made for equipment rental that is not available.
PAYMENT:
After you have completed and submitted this form, your application will be reviewed and if your requested booth is available, an invoice will be generated and sent to the email address you list in the form. Invoices will be sent starting Monday, October 20.
Payment options are by credit card or e-transfer and there will be detail in the emailed invoice on how to complete payment. Payment by cheque is not accepted for booth rentals. Once the invoice has been sent, you have 48 hours to make payment in order to confirm your booth. After this time, we cannot guarantee your requested booth will be available. If you wish to make payment by other means, contact mws@caftcad.com after filling out this application form.
DEADLINE:
The deadline to apply is Monday, November 3, 2025.
CANCELLATION:
The cut off date for cancellations is Tuesday, November 4, 2025, after this date no refunds will be provided.
