PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH APPLICATION

WHAT:
CAFTCAD will be hosting the next Movie Wardrobe Sale on Saturday May 12th, 2018.  The sale is open to all CAFTCAD Members and non-members, who work or are affiliated with the film and television industry and wish to sell products they make or have.

WHEN:
Saturday 12th May 2018 from 9am to 5pm.

WHERE:
The Backlot Film Studios, 40 Butterick Road, Toronto, M8W 3Z8

DETAILS:
Booth sizes are:

  • 5'x10'
  • 10'x10'
  • 10'x15'

Spaces are limited, so completing this application DOES NOT guarantee that your preferred booth size will be available, although we will do our best to accommodate requests.  If there is any problem, a member of the Movie Wardrobe Sale Committee will contact you directly.

BOOTH PRICES (inclusive of HST):

5' x 10' - $101.70 (Member), $203.40 (Non-member)
10' x 10' - $129.95 (Member), $259.90 (Non-member)
10' x 15' - $180.80 (Member), $367.25 (Non-member)

EQUIPMENT RENTAL/SERVICE PRICES (inclusive of HST):
Chair - $6.78
Fold out table - $16.95
Rack - $13.56
Change tent (4' x 4') - $56.50
Mirror - $22.60
Electricity supply - $24.86 (this price does not include extension cables and power bars, vendors must supply their own) and due to limited outlets, these requests cannot be guaranteed.  If not provided, this fee will be refunded following the sale.
 
PAYMENT:
After you have completed and submitted this form, your application will be reviewed and if your requested booth is available, an invoice will be generated and emailed to the email address you list in the form.  

Payment options are by credit card or e-transfer and there will be detail in the emailed invoice on how to complete payment.  Once the invoice has been sent, you have 48 hours to make payment in order to confirm your booth.  After this time, we cannot guarantee your requested booth will be available.  If you wish to make payment by other means, contact mws@caftcad.com after filling out this application form.

DEADLINE:
The deadline to apply is Friday 27th April and spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis.

CANCELLATION:
The cut off date for cancellations is Friday 4th May, after this date no refunds will be provided.

I am responsible for the garbage disposal from my booth after the rental period and may incur additional costs if I fail to do so.
