WHAT:

CAFTCAD will be hosting its Movie Wardrobe Sale on Saturday, November 28, 2026, Black Friday weekend! The sale is open to all CAFTCAD members and non-members who work or are affiliated with the film and television industry and wish to sell products they make or have. Vintage and specialty clothing/accessories sellers are also welcome to apply.

WHEN:

Saturday, November 28, 2026 from 9am to 4pm.
Early Bird Shopping: 9am to 10am. Doors open to the general public at 10am.

WHERE:

3585 St. Clair Avenue East, Scarborough

DETAILS:

Booths are available in four sizes (see prices below). Spaces are limited, so completing this application DOES NOT guarantee a booth. Priority will be given to those vendors who are directly linked to the film/television industry. CAFTCAD members receive priority booth placement.

Vendor load in and set up will take place on Friday, November 27, beginning at 5pm. Vendors will be allotted a time slot for load in based on their position in the venue. Load out begins at 4pm, following the Sale.

On-site vendor parking is available.

BOOTH PRICES:

• 10' x 10': $170+HST CAFTCAD Members / $255+HST Non-Members
• 10' x 15': $240+HST CAFTCAD Members / $360+HST Non-Members
• 10' x 20': $310+HST CAFTCAD Members / $465+HST Non-Members
• 10' x 30': $440+HST CAFTCAD Members / $660+HST Non-Members

This is an indoor event.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL/SERVICE PRICES:

• Folding Chair - $8.00 + HST
• 6 foot Fold out table - $18.00 + HST
• Rack - $15.00 + HST
• Mirror - $25.00 + HST
• Change Tent (4' x 4') - $55.00 + HST

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to provide any power sources to vendors.

Equipment requests received after November 16 cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will be provided if payment is made for equipment rental that is not available. Day-of equipment rentals are payable by card or cash only.

PAYMENT:

After you have completed and submitted this form, your application will be reviewed and if your requested booth is available, an invoice will be generated and sent to the email address you list in the form. Invoices will be sent starting Monday, October 26.

Payment options are by credit card or e-transfer and there will be detail in the emailed invoice on how to complete payment. Payment by cheque is not accepted for booth rentals. Once the invoice has been sent, you have 7 days to make payment in order to confirm your booth. After this time, we cannot guarantee your requested booth will be available. If you wish to make payment by other means, contact mws@caftcad.com after filling out this application form.

DEADLINE:

The deadline to apply is Monday, November 16, 2026.

CANCELLATION:

The cut off date for cancellations is Friday, November 20, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be provided.
