Join us in person in Toronto for this sound workshop designed specifically for costume professionals! Led by Constance Hilton, VP of Sound at NABET 700-M UNIFOR, this session will provide costume designers the foundational knowledge they need to collaborate effectively with sound departments on set.

Through a combination of lecture and live demonstrations on a variety of outfits, Constance will walk participants through the key principles of sound wiring, including what works, what doesn’t, and what to keep in mind when selecting fabrics, designing costumes, and dressing cast members. This is a great opportunity for students to learn the basics before going on set, and for costume professionals to understand the partnership between the costume and sound department.
